Not counting all those short entries I did, it's been a long time since I had some quiet moments to write something here. For those who do not know, I was admitted to hospital on the 7th August at about 3.30am. In simple terms, I had some gastric acid reflux and a ulcer down somewhere on my esophagus.

And as a result, the doctor gave me some really much needed rest - 32 days of medical leave! The initial 2 weeks or so was rather painful. Each morning I woke up, I felt terrible in my chest area. It was way worse when I got admitted. I could hardly breathe, and with each mouth of water or food that went down my throat, it was unbearable. One mouth of food took like 5 minutes of my time.

Anyways, all that is over. Really thank all those that took the effort to come visit me with all that boredom in hospital. I guess, God knew what I was going through. He knew I needed the rest. This one month came at the right time. With my greatest passion's pace moving so quickly, I had time to do what I had to. The first 2 weeks of my rest wasn't much of rest, but I enjoyed every moment, till Livesnapps became Livesnapps Pte Ltd! Slowly everything came into place. Livesnapps is probably the only company in Singapore that is able to project LIVE on iPads! Yes! As many as you want!

If God provides, no one can stop anything he has given. Trust.

Livesnapps has come a long way. From a 2 men team, we're now a team of 6! It's all about delegation. I can't possibly swallow everything. Not when we've done a Groupon deal selling out whatever we could.

Things are more stable now, with many marketing avenues coming underway. We'll need your support. It's my passion, my business, my life. That's about it for Livesnapps.

This one month of rest has definitely been great. Though I wanted to go back to work on the third week, my boss told me not to. O well. I've been thinking pretty much. About work, friends, and what I want to achieve. Preparing for the next 2 years seems crazy. But soon enough, you'll realise time has passed so quickly, and leaving a salary job with a housing loan to pay for, wanting to provide for my family. Business has to be good for me to lead a comfortable and decent life. At least 5x what I'm earning now. haha.

Guess I'm good to go! Back to work tomorrow! Just that somehow, my stomach is acting weird with all that air and bloatedness constantly. Hoping for an exciting time back at work. Lots of emails to clear that's for sure. haha.

April ended with a swift and May's here with a storm! May Day was ultra fantastic fun spent with these lovables! Picnic, Drinks, Del Mar, Azura, Spize! Simply so much fun we had at sentosa! Never stayed there till 12am! We must book a room there the next time! hahaha.

May's gonna be another fast month moving on. Waiting for uni application, organising a photography workshop, planning a holiday are some things on the want-to-do list!

Last Night's cycling trip was definitely an eventful one. I mean 'eventful'. First time organizing a big group night cycling trip. Thanks to Simon, I got a chance to interact with my CHR/BB juniors. Way way my juniors.

The plan was to start at 10pm, cycling from woodlands to punggol and ending latest at 2am. But apparently with a wonderful night of tubes bursting, not once but twice, chains coming out, and bicycles that just weren't able to go as fast as road bikes, we had to cut our journey short, ending at jalan kayu with supper and then back to woodlands. It was 4am when I got home after escorting the young ones back.

Definitely not what I was expecting for a long distance trip, having to make several u-turns ensuring that the everyone was ok. But I guess, it was still my obligation, my instinct, to make sure my juniors were all fine. Though I always wanted to race off as fast as I could, I always made sure I turn back after making sure the front ones were doing well.

The trip didn't turn out the way I wanted it to be, but God definitely taught me much. Learning to be patient, and more important to be a big brother, looking after the younger ones.

The next trip will not be for the faint hearted. wahahaha. I'm loving this!

In just a short span for a week, perhaps just a day, I made the decision to do the Bachelor of Finance at Unisim. I'm not doing it so much for the paper, but for the knowledge I am going to gain through this course. I definitely need the support of everyone. I guess it still boils down to one reason I have to live for, which is to live life to the fullest!

Let's just hope I get accepted and am able to start in July! =D

Once again, another month is coming to an end. This month has definitely been a month filled with events and emotions. From doing a skate photoshoot, to Cynthia's 21st birthday, Jared & Lin Xin's wedding, to getting to meet new friends, getting emotions all mixed, and deciding what I should move on to study.

Though it was pretty last minute and done without planning, I was glad to have been given the chance to sponsor this photoshoot, for Singapore's best inline skaters that have won numerous gold medals for Singapore. The following is team freestyle, one of the teams I shot for.

12 March 2011 was definitely a hot date for weddings, parties, events, functions, but I had to choose 2 to go to only. It was certainly a happy occasion seeing 2 friends going through all odds, and finally being together as one. Really happy for you guys!

Cynthia's Birthday celebration came next! Glad to have made it wonderful through photography, and making new friends!

Just the past week, I managed to drop by NYP, meet up with a couple of my lecturers, and somehow, I got inspired to take up a degree. It's not very much for the coveted piece of paper, but to study what I have interested in, and what I want to understand in the world of business. It's pretty a headache choosing where to study and what course to take, especially when commitment levels are high and proper decisions have to be made in a couple of days if I want to start studying in the next half of the year.

One side of me has been pretty much disturbed by ignorance once again. I simply hate (not dislike) the feeling of being ignored, with no reason, no answer.

On a happier note, yesterday's CG was encouraging, seeing so many turn up just made me skip a church wedding just to go for CG! Love you guys! I just hope we will be able to grow and bond closer over the years even as each of us have our own commitments.

Attended my mum's nephew's wedding last night as well. Not so much about the wedding I want to talk about but the dinner concept. Held at My Humble House - by Tung Lok, it was a simple and small setting, with each individual dish served personally over a long table. Just like how you would be served at a french restaurant, only that this is definitely cheaper than a 4 course french dinner. ha.

It's the second last day of February, and it'll be soon it'll be chapter 3 for 2011. Looks like I am blogging once in two weeks. ha. February has been totally crazy for me. Above all, my health hasn't been too good. Been having a really bad sinus that resulted in 4 days of MCs in 2 weeks! Even so, my body didn't seem well rested with sleepless nights, and the nights I went on sneezing and sneezing. Days in the office weren't better with work piling up due to my absence, plus a nose that kept running.

Tiredness got in the way despite me, ever wanting to make full use of my time. God told me I needed rest. The much needed rest I needed to rest my physically body, and to rest my soul. Through it all, I've learnt that not all things are worth myself getting no sleep over it, and many things aren't deserving of my worry. I've finally learnt my lesson. If God had planned a way for me, he will, definitely put all things together for the good of all things. Truely, if I put all worries away, leaving them to God, that's certainly one whole load off your shoulder. Lesson: Trust in God for he made all things for a purpose, and he'll never leave you with more than you can carry.

Running a business as a passion for the love of doing business, the love of photography does get pretty tiring at times. Especially when there's no one there to share the load, nor is there any form of motivation to push you on. In recent months, God placed people in my life, friends with the desire of enterprise, friends with common goals in life, friends alike, friends that motivate me to carry on, and push on with what I'm doing despite the obstacles that I face.

It really motivates me to go on a long way, because of these friends that God has put in place. I feel blessed each time to speak to such people. And because of them, I'm always thinking of new business ideas, how to integrate different ideas together, for the benefit of consumers at the end of the supply chain.

I hope even as I get nearer the end of the first half of 2011, I would have much of my worries left to God solved. It's all a matter of time, but more of a fact of trust. Humans just have the lack of trust in God just too many times.

I'm gonna end the last day of February off from work, and I'm hoping March will be even more exciting! There's just so much in life awaiting you, you just have to look for it.

I always believe that if you're gonna wait for something to happen, it will never happen. If you're waiting for me to get it done for you, it'll never get done. I think I have to stop being that nice guy to some people. It doesn't do any good.

It's the end of January, and I guess I've been way too busy again to blog more frequently. Though it's been pretty hectic at work, I've been trying to take things slower. Trying not to do so many things at once (though I am still) seems pretty great.

Going to town seems like a everyday affair and this CNY, I've bought like a total of 6 tops and 2 bottoms. =X Never bought so much in such a short time. So please stop asking me out to shop, because I'll have to urge to buy whatever I see. ha.

I've been having quite some sleepless nights, despite the fact that I'm so tired. I just keep tossing and turning in bed, if not, I'll wake up at 2 to 3am in the morning.

Chinese New Year's just this week and yup, it's gonna be another relaxed week not having to go to work much. Once the following starts, it's gonna be...

Last weekend was spent at the 'Carnival @ iExperience'. Teaching Singaporeans about the new fibre optic cables that are gonna be lined up at every home, making speeds over the internet way faster. I definitely learnt alot through this experience. You guys should go down to esplanade exchange to check it out. You'll definitely learn something!

Friday was spent running about! From the Peranakan Museum(City Hall) to Bugis to get my ray bans to replace the one I lost, down to Boat Quay to Raffles Place and then to Orchard. Phew! The days I take leave never seem to be for me to rest.

This month, I watched 3 good movies - Love & Other Drugs (romance), Green Hornet (Comedy Action) and Shaolin (Action Packed). I've never been much of a movie person, but hey, seems like more and more good prouctions are coming out.

February's coming to a start but soon, it's gonna go past as soon as we could grasp it. So here's wishing everyone a happy, blessed and prosperous new year ahead!

It's the first post of 2011, but it ain't starting off with a good note. This week hasn't been a good week at all. Completely felt out of energy, and as a result, I had to see the doc. Second to that, I think my patience is running out at work. It has finally come to my senses, yes, completely to my senses though I've known it for long, that people are selfish, selfish, and more selfish than you can ever imagine. I've got to learn to be that way, treat some people that way. It's definitely not in my values to be that way, but sadly, it has to be infused. It's a man eat man world. Everyone cares about themselves only. Too bad, I shan't be that nice anymore. At least to some people.

The year started off with a wedding, a 21st party, and my bad week ended off with another 21st party.

It's the last day of 2010! So much excitement, with anticipation to 2011! Yes, I am looking forward to 2011, with so many things I want to do and achieve. Work, business, personally. What's up? I shall take this day to process my thoughts and write them all down.

Second last day of the year was spent with the residents of MindsVille. Was definitely an enriching experience for me to be able to capture such wonderful memories for them as well as to get to know more about people with disorders such as autism.

The daily tasks we do routinely is no easy tasks for them and constant teaching and reminders are needed to teach them so that they can get on with their daily lives.

Though there weren't many of us from 185 that went, I'm sure those that went found the experience enriching.

As individuals, we got to know that we're blessed just as we are. Never take what you have for granted, and bless others with what you have. You should really have this not in your 2011 resolution, but with you in your hearts for as long as you shall live... God bless! Have a blessed 2011.

I guess a injured left thumb during this festive season doesn't help much. But it got me thinking. Was there a reason for it? Does God want me to drop what I am doing just to be still before him? Perhaps overworking ain't the right way to treat my body after all. And it seems that my body's just to flexible I'm pretty much prone to injuries at my joints. I'm just doing all it takes to make sure it gets well I don't even mind getting it wrapped for a week though it's really inconvenient.

Christmas is just 3 days away, and YES! My presents are here! Presents to give of course. I usually don't give presents to that many people (over 100), but since it's my first year of work, I just thought I should bless everyone. It's been a year of blessing for me, and yup, it really is important for me to bless others just as much as God has blessed me so richly. I just love giving more than receiving anyways, and I hope that everyone would come to realise that giving brings love, shows love, to the people around you, you'll feel even more blessed in return.

Wow, I didn't know I haven't blogged for some time again. Anyways, Blessed Birthday to you Aaron! Went down to Hatched to surprise the birthday! =D Definitely a nice place. Good ambience, good food! Most importantly, GOOD company! =D Definitely a good saturaday morning well spent though I barely slept the night before.

Besides all the fun and laughter, days have been spend buzzing around. Meeting people, discussing deals, work, church camp etc. December's a pretty relaxed period despite many huge happenings and events. Besides, my stomach hasn't been feeling good ever since day 2 of church camp. Really crappy.

**Please be warned that this is gonna be a really long post after 3 months of not blogging**
Sitting in ward 23, NUH right now, I guess I could take some silence of the hospital to think through what I've been going through since I turned 21. The world that revolves around me - God, Family, Friends, Relationships, Work, Business, the state I'm in, and the Future. My perspectives have changed, though differing little, it continues to stir really provocative thoughts in me. I, always want something better for tomorrow, something that coud possibly change the world, or at least the mindsets of the people around me.

God, Family, they've always been around me. There when I need them. But when it comes to relationships among friends and others, I really thought through hard and deep about it. My perspective and the way I am going to look at things, who my friends are, who I can really trust, and who I can depend on in my deepest and darkest moments.

My 21st celebration was never about, how big a party I could organise, or how much limelight would shine on me. It was a celebration of life, a way of thanks, to the people around me that have gone through a phase of life with me. They may not have been the closest, but they've definitely made an impact on my life I want to thank them for in one way or another.

The days that led to the celebration of the year, really showed me who cared, who really took the initiative to show their love for me by taking the time off to help me. Even though so, I really hoped my friends knew how to take the initiative whether they were helping or whether the things they did helped benefit others around them or even themselves. I think that's lacking in many young people in the present world. 'The heart to help with no gain or return.' I thank my mum and my neighbours for their love and their effort put in to making the party a great one for all. And especially my mum, who had many sleepless nights, and all the running about she had to do to collect the various stuff so that all the food could be such a spread for you guys! Yan Zheng & Calvin, thank you so much for taking leave to come help, though it would have been even better if you guys learn to take initiative more. It'll definitely help you a long way. =D

Music got the party going, thanks to Jeremiah, our budding DJ and his team that made it a totally wonderful night, spinning various genres of music. I guess no other party, or at least any other 21st parties you and I have been to has ever had 3 DJs spinning through the night.

I'm sure the alcohol got some people really going as well. An entire bar fully equipped with everything you wanted - beer(30L), wine, hard liquor of all sorts, mixers, and everything that needed a bar to be going, except a bartender. i'm sure no party has ever had so much like this. ha. And I thought I could clear everything at the end, but well, I was left with even more at the end. So please, if you wanna have a drink over at my place, you're more than welcomed!

With so many happy moments, and yes, loads of tiring moments, I felt really blessed with so many friends surrounding me with love. The gifts that poured in just showed how much each one cared. Though the greatest gift to me still, is each and every individuals presence, the thought, the effort to come, despite a busy schedule everyone has. Even as I say this, sometimes, I really hoped for notes, letters, cards, from friends that I've known for years and years. At least, that shows, how much they love me. That would be the best gift of all.

It has also come to my conclusion that, though many care, many on the other hand cannot be bothered either. More than 30 people that said they were coming did not even turn up, and many, in fact majority, didn't even bother to notify me. That really broke my heart. But ever since that day, it told me one thing, I cannot be bothered with you either. Why should I, if I'm not worth your effort. Why should I, if I don't mean a thing. Why should I, why should I. I know I sent that utterly love hate message on facebook. And yes, I mean what I say.

I really think humans should just learn to wake up a little and take a look around them. I know everyone has their own priorities in life. And if I happen NOT to be in that list, you won't be in mine either.

i felt a sense of warmth, because of the people that made the effort, though I hardly meet them once a year, or even not meet them but just because of work that brought us together. And some, whom I've not met in years. You just fill me with love with your presence alone. And these are the people, that yearn, to foster a friendship with you, that would and could possibly, last years, a lifetime.

Those who really know me, know that I treasure friendships above many other things. Those who don't treasure their friends, please think again. Your girlfriend/boyfriend may be with you for now. but one day, should it fail, you'll realise, you'll have no one around you, because you spent all your time on that one peson and neglected all your friends. Don't go crying then.

And please people, I hate empty promises. If you say you want to give me a treat, please make it happen. I'm not there to remind you. I don't need your treat. So say it if you mean it!

Work has been as per normal, if not crazier, but it doesn't affect me much since I don't bring work home. I just dread spending almost 4 hours of my time everyday travelling. So much could be done with that time.

Livesnapps is having it's ups and downs, with my wonderful partner wanting to leave the business though it hasn't been long. But through all that we are going through, i always ask myself, 'if God made it possible for us to begin this wonderful journey, who am I to say I should stop.' If God gave me the opportunities in life, and the more opportunities to come, why should I stop. Why should I stop others from having opportunities that I could possibly give when God was in it from the very start.

2010 is coming to an end, 2011 awaits me with more surprises, more drive, more commitment. I hope I ain't regretting anything big, but only the lack of commitment from many, to meet up after so so long.

You, make my life what it is, and You, motivate me, drive me, to greater heights.

I was planning for a post on Sunday, but it turns out, I forgot. And now, I'm sick, again. Yes. I know. Stuck with a virus that came unknowingly. It was a hectic saturday, shuffling from place to place. From work, to meeting Eunice, then Sam for Dinner, then to KYMC for Awe worship. The day ended with supper with these peeps. Glad to have been able to try some new yogurt out, though seriously, there's nothing great about it, only a hefty price you have to pay if you simply love swirling our more yogurt - with the price, paid by the amount you take! =X (BTW, it's swirl art)

I'll just stop here. Trying to keep it short, my mind's just not thinking! I'll be back! =D

I know I've not blogged for 2 weeks, and yes, August is coming to an end just like that. Life's been really busy with so many things going on, plus... I've officially stopped procrastinating and decided to go ahead and plan my 21st Birthday 2 months ahead! That's what has been keeping me busy all these while. Details more or less confirmed. Guests list out, invitations sent. What's left is simply confirming the number of people (est 130-200pax), confirming with caterers and suppliers and ensuring whatever needs to be done is done asap! And 1 month before it all happens, I'll be one happy guy sitting and relaxing not having to worry so much, enjoying my day when it finally arrives. Friday, 130810 - Went out with Cyn, Cel, SJ & Eugene to celebrate Cel's Birthday! Awesome company, good food, good night! Raindrops at Scape was pretty good, only that they made me wait long for my squid pasta which was pretty good.

Saturday - 140810 - Had some fun at CG! CG's getting really more and more fun with lots more people joining us each time! Played some sheep game which was pretty ... ha. Then it was over to Bugis, Arab Street to celebrate Calvin's 21st Birthday! And we had some good view of fireworks happening at the YOG opening, though it wasn't much.

Sunday, 150810 - Church, then went out with the not usual group to have Suki Sushi over at Cine! They really amaze me this time, with their order whatever you want which includes all the sashimi! I've never seen so much sashimi infront of me like that before. ha.

Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday! Indeed a long weekend off work! Though I've been doing quite a number of things despite nuaing for 4 days, I so don't feel like going back to work. I mean who wants to right?

Went over to Red Star earlier to celebrate my grandpa's birthday. Pretty quiet, not much business. Service wasn't good at all, food pretty okay though it wasn't up to my standards. =X

I don't think this is my first time blogging about this, but I've pretty much come to a point where I just cannot take giving of myself to others so much more, to the extend where I feel I'm betraying myself, neglecting myself.

If a friend really treat you as his/her friend, I believe he/she will know what to do as one. It's pretty tiring being the one taking the initiative for weeks, months, and even years, but yet, he/she doesn't know how to reciprocrate.

I have to learn to stop somewhere between the line. If loving someone causes that someone to feel uneasy between each other, then it's pretty sad, because he/she just doesn't know what love is all about then. Why can't people give, give of themselves so unselfishly like what God did. Well, we're humans, but at least we could try.

Excuses are a valley full, it reaches a mountain high.

Let's get one thing straight people if you are reading this. If your schedule ahead is empty, it means that you are free, unless there's already something happening on that date, day, time! Planning ahead gives you more opportunity for slotting things into your life. I think the excuse of 'I'll see if I am free on XXX date and time', because you're obviously free, it's either you want, or do not want. And if you are given the opportunity of choosing the date and time, it's pretty obvious that you cannot say when you are not available anymore because the date you choose should and would be the day you are free!

I am sure, a friend, or someone, would want to hear the truth, rather than an excuse to cover something up.

Honestly and love, goes a long way between friends. Commitment is certainly a must have for ALL relationships God has intended for us humans.

The commitment you have for a friend, is felt, is cherished is reciprocated. That's what a true friend is. He/She, will love you because you mean alot to him/her, and because you love him/her likewise.

So people, if you really treasure those around you, it's time to take that little extra step to show that someone how much you cherish and love him/her. Stop giving excuses, because one day short, and you may lose that chance forever. Treasure your friends. God Bless...

Another week's passed by, and yep, this week has been a week of celebrations! First up, Daniel's 21st over at Timbre, Substation. Hope he had the time of his life. =D I seem pretty good at taking group pictures with myself in it now. haha.

Then it was jean's 22nd birthday over at Malted Milk, the place I was intending to have my 21st at. It's an outlet over at Studio M Hotel runned by the Timbre group. Was glad I went over to reccee cos it really didn't seem to be like what I had expected it to be like. Nor was it like what was shown in the pictures.

Anyhow, though we didn't fully enjoy ourselves there due to a pretty not so good dinner, we sure did over at supperclub. ha. Though there were some hiccups at the end, we still had fun! =D I love you guys!

It's the last day of June 2010, and this month has been really hectic, especially when I'm practically the only one planning the games and all for Navy's Fleet Peoples Day this month. I'm really glad to have been given this opportunity and boy, it's finally over.

The day went really well as planned. I thank God for the great weather, the crowd that was pretty enthusiastic, 192/3 squadron for giving me the help I needed and everyone that made it possible, including the great caterers that made lunch for us. It's been tiring but a really satisfying and fufilling experience. It has allowed me to meet many people and for many people to know me. ha.

So many challanges ahead! And I trust God to lead me through them all + all my great friends to stand by me! =D

June's coming to an end. I think I mentioned this earlier in one of my posts, but really, this month has been a month of madness, sadness, ups and downs. It helps that I got something off my chest, but it doesn't help when more disastrous things add on to my pile.

I've been working hard, trying so hard to prove my worth, it doesn't seem to help. Many think it's so easy to do what I am doing, needing little effort. It's tiring doing it all alone. It doesn't help that I'm being kicked around like a ball. There's no sense of belonging, no sense of satisfaction, no sense of loyalty, no sense of love.

I'm really tired, and I'm beginning to fall sick again and again. I'm not me. I'm not who I used to be. Since the day my heart told me I loved you, things were never the same, that's because I love you.

If there wasn't hope, there wouldn't have been disappointment.
If there wasn't the need to be happy, there wouldn't be sadness.
If there wasn't you, there wouldn't be love...

The days ahead are going to change, I don't know what they'll do like, and I'm trying really hard to think positively. Lord, please help me, with your love and strength. Tell me what I should do, who should be for me, and who is with me...

LIVESNAPPS is really proud to grace the happy occasion of a 21st birthday over at Crowne Plaza Hotel (T3) yesterday. Happy and Blessed Birthday to you Chun Min! It was really a happy occasion. I could sense the happiness within everyone. And I was really enjoying myself shooting, seeing the smiles on everyone's faces, especially the birthday girl.

Crowne Plaza Hotel really is a nice place, really good for wedding photographs. It's dim lighting, using mainly natural light from the top, with reflections off it's roof filled with water from some pool/pond? And with a super huge mirror, it allows you much creative shots to be taken. Thumbs up!

The food came in tiny portions in a buffet, but it was simple good. The cakes, the appetizers, the durian puffs! Ha. And the birthday cake was simply fantastic. The ambience, really good. In short, it was an enjoyable working experience. Adding on that the family and guests were all friendly and fun to work with. =D

The past week has really been a rollercoaster ride. It went sky high, and went down almost instantly. Highs don't last long. 3 nights of drinking didn't seem to have done much. But at least, it allowed me to get some rest. With yesterday and today being free, I slept my day away, not wanting, trying not to, think too much. It's complicated, so as what my facebook status writes. Love is a complicated thing, but whenever I feel that way, I look up to this little write up:

the difference in love,

when someone hurts you, or is able to hurt you; it's most probably because you love the person.
the more hurt you are, the more love you have.
and then you tell yourself, the more you love the person, the more vulnerable you are to attacks.
so you stop loving the person.

self-centred love.

God is different. He still loves us even though we hurt Him.
And He knows that we will.
why does He still allow us to hurt Him then?
cos He loves us.

Self-sacrificial love.

Ultimately, I still think Friendship is a greater form of love than being in an actual relationship. BUT, God's love is greater than any love any human can give.

So much has been happening among my friends and it really does get tricky when handling such matters. It's not just a matter of who's side you are on but more importantly, how one is actually thinking, his/her actions that have affected those around, and ones moral values. You could just say that even that person of yours was a friend for years, you definitely will not be able to see how a monster he/she can be. Friend? Definitely no more. If friendship could be thrown away so easily, there's no need to try salvage it, not at all.

I'm pretty much on the verge of exhaustion again. Work, more work, issues of the heart, friends behaving in ways I ask myself why? Ultimately, it boils down to tolerance, the state of mind one is at, and how mature ones mentality is. I don't know if I've grown too old in terms of how I think or have those around me not grown up.

So much has been on my mind...
1. Are those around me not just acting their age, thinking maturely, or am I just having a different state of mind, thinking differently from everyone.
2. Is friendship that fragile?
3. Loving is not all about Having. True?

But through all these, I'm glad as friends, we actually did try to meet up after a realy long period of not meeting up due to our own commitments. And I'm glad this group of friends I have, are able to sit down and trash things out, whatever unhappiness we have each other

Life goes on, friends change, love a mystery. Just know that God is in control and his love is greater than any other... God Bless!

I'm burnt, YES! really badly. ha. Due to the fact that I was helping out at the Navy Open House for 2 days. It's been pretty exciting, really busy, and super tiring. Just some pictures to share. Didn't get a chance to move around so the pictures are but those I could capture onboard swift rescue.

But ulimately, despite being so tired and burnt, God sent a wonderful sunset at the end, that really made my day, made the time I spent there all worth it. Being able to capture God's wonder beats everything else... It's been a long while since I saw such a wonderful sunset, let alone capture it inside a Navy base with so much open space.

Hope I'll be able to find some time to upload the rest though there's nothing much. =D

I guess my blog's somehow stagnant. I've been really busy, just too busy to even make a meaningful post. The lack of pictures have also prevented myself from posting, as I would rather attract someone visually to reading rather have a long lengthy post altogether. It's been a really short month, with parties almost everyweek, something to do almost everyday after work. The past two weeks have been exceptionally busy with the beginning of Livesnapps. Just a quick run of what has been happening...

010510, Had to go for 21st Parties, 1. Yong Kai, my secondary school friend. 2. Leo, my primary school and poly friend. It's really so exciting being able to celebrate the 21 years of life with these people I've known for a long time.

Then it was Germaine's 21st last friday, 070510. Well in total, I've gone to like 5 birthday parties in the past month or so, making me really broke. ha. The lesser celebrations now the better. ha.

But all these celebrations make good time for friends from everywhere to relieve fond memories, catch up on what's happening, and make even more friends!

As you can see, I always happen to be the one and only lucky guy, again. ha.

After all these hectic mess, together with my friend marvin, we decided to launch Livesnapps - Live Photography, Changing Lives, With the snapp of the camera, using apps to create a workflow, creating an absolute experience. Can you find those 4 words in just the word Livesnapps? ha. I must say it's been a blessing from God, and in unbelievably just 2 weeks, we had almost everything from printers, to getting papers the right size, and to getting a new camera, wireless system, and what not, just for Livesnapps. 2 weeks. Yes! I was really shocked myself. Thousands of dollars pumped in just like that.

We did a test run on Mother's Day in BPMC(my church), and boy, it was certainly one big splash, exciting almost everyone that came to get their photos shot with little messages for their mums. This week's been a week of so many goodies! From the lesser time I have on my bond, to passing my driving test yesterday (YES! FINALLY!), to getting 7 bottles of wine at one go. ha. The month(as of when my pay comes in) has just started, and the moolah's running pretty dry. Guess I'm just too happy when I get to spend. ha. Overall it's been a really good week and I'm hoping for the weeks to get better.

I finally decided to put what I've been thinking for a real long time into action. (Top Secret!)Busy month, lots of events coming up, especially 21st birthday celebrations which are making me broke. There really ain't much to blog about now. Life's mainly work, home, work, home. Haven't really been going out. The weather's bad and I'm growing fat. It always has to rain when work ends. And I can't swim or cycle! = no exercise = growing fat! I've been rather sick these couple of days, bad throat, sneezy nose, and some big FAT ulcers! Work's starting again tomorrow after a long 4 day break I had. Will be at Changi this whole week! Long travelling, and it seems I'm spending more than a 100 bucks on travelling every month!

And now guess what, my cat, kachang, is missing now! For 3 whole days! And the weather's so bad. I'm missing her, really...

In a swift of an eye, I did not expect that I've not been blogging for exactly a month. Been rather busy with training, and right now, I'm at Tuas Naval Base for the next phase of my career. Not sure if I'll be there for long though.

Anyways, we were down over at NSRCC yesterday to celebrate my dear pal, Kaiming's 21st Birthday. Pretty fun for everyone I guess though I conked out pretty early due to the amount of work I was doin the entire day. ha. Plus, I managed to cycle down from Woodlands to Changi! Great achivement for me since it's been quite awhile since I really cycled. But ever since I got my bike, I've been using it quite frequently and I hope this helps to strengthen my legs as well.

Well, life's moving on pretty quickly and there's so much undone, lots that have not been achieved. This year being the BIG year with lots of 21st going on. This week's been pretty much emotional, stressful and well, it has all passed. For the past 2 weeks in my new course, I've learnt pretty much, not only about what I have to learn at lesson but learning to trust in God. Honestly, I'm pretty stressed about the symptoms of signing on because of my leg injury. I don't know what's going to happen because I might have to down pes due to my inability to run and jump. But I've been training really hard, swimming and cycling each time I head to the sports complex. Really trying hard to build my stamina up. It seems that the process of getting excused from ippt to downgrading a really long one. But for now, I leave it all to God.

Second thing was about my driving test yesterday which I thought I wasn't able to take anymore due to some reason. But thanks be to God, he made all things possible. I guess, sometimes, I do lack the faith and trust but ultimately, it's always about God's plan and not mine. Well, I failed again, very disappointing in fact. I think I was just suay yesterday.

Glad I did well for my first test this week as well. It's been a week of up and downs, with Emily leaving for Australia last Sunday. This week's gonna be pretty short, and in fact the days I actually have in camp isn't plenty at all, minusing the days spent out during Chinese New Year etc.

Today, I guess I had the best lunch after church. Not only because the food was great, but because Mel Tee managed to get 23 people to go together, and guess what, the age ranged from 13 to 22. I just feel so blessed, and happy that finally, different ages in bpmc are together as one! Mel's leaving next week for NZ, and I just hope this lunch be a memorable one for her.

It brings me to tears, when I was out at sea, looking up to the sky past midnight, seeing an entire sky filled with stars sparkling so brightly. It just reminds me, how great and awesome our God is. His awesome power and creation is beyond what we can fathom.

Just another 2 weeks and my Navy Orientation Programme is over, and then it will be the start of my specilisation course! Yesterday was definitely a great day as well. Early out at Fort Canning with the NOP guys for some NE. But of course that ain't the crux. Really happy to have met someone I haven't met for a year, YES, one whole year. =D

4. Save up to pay for my house
5. Pass my driving!
6. Get into a serious relationship (maybe get married? ha.)
7. Go for some awesome holidays
8. Start some proper investments
9. Train to be even more physically fit
10. Do a degree course and/or take up something new to learn

Yup! These will be my goals not only for 2010, but for the next 5 years.

One week at my new camp's over! Nothing at all to be happy about despite booking out on the third day of camp then booking in on Christmas then out again yesterday and in again today. Make sense when we haven't done anything proper this week? Not at all! Just another 4 weeks of orientation(which basically is rotting) and it'll be down to my specialisation. Didn't seem like Christmas at all this year.

My block leave finally comes to an end, and tomorrow marks a new day of my life, all the way at Changi Naval Base. For those who don't know or are asking me where I've been posted to after BMT, there you have it. I'm now officially a regular with the Navy as a Navy Material Specialist. Doing what? Logistics & Supply Chain related, just as what I had studied in poly.

These 2 weeks are gonna be short in camp though, with Christmas and New Year both happening on Fridays! =D Still, I look forward to an enjoyable journey there, hoping to learn as much as I can, gaining much experiences in life there. The only thing I dread as of now - travelling to changi. And if I were to be posted there after my training? All I can do is smile. =D Just imagine 1.5hrs to and fro everyday (3hrs in total).

Well, I still thank God for allowing things to happen, for arranging my life the way it is. Many have asked me why I've signed on, but think of it, being a regular in the Navy ain't that bad afterall. I'm serving the nation at the same time! Just think of it, 'what are you going to be able to afford in 5 years time at let's say 25 years of age, perhaps just getting a degree, or having started work for a year or two. Would you be able to afford a house, be able to get married or even have kids?' Think of it. I'm hoping to achieve what many deem as unachievable.

For all times, I had to have a fever just 1 day before my POP! I was having a really bad migrane and flu at the same time. As a result, I was sent home by the MO though I told him I very much wanted to stay. Just too many cases of people having H1N1 and fever in camp. Having mixed feelings of not being able to attend the parade though I wasn't going to be in it. My PC and Section commander weren't going to be there, so that was kinda sad as well. Not being able to say goodbyes together in tekong, not being able to take pictures together just seemed like the 3 months spent there didn't happen at all. But I guess, God has a plan for everything.

Still feeling rather sick at the moment, but there's just so much to do this 10 days before I get posted to my new unit.

I needa:
1. Go for Physiotherapy @ AH
2. Alter 2 of my jeans
3. Go down to CMPB to change my NSF status
4. Meet up with the CG @ Timbre on Friday
5. Look up investment opportunities

Time passes really quickly, and before you know it, it's December already. It was pretty great to spend the entire saturday in camp(I wasn't confined. ha). With almost everyone gone, just a couple of us left, I got to enjoy a quiet day, cool breeze, nice sleep. Guess this was my only chance that I got in Tekong to enjoy such serenity.

Great time I had in the evening with Cher and SJ. And today's gonna be the last time I'm gonna book in to camp. Pretty much mixed feelings. But it's POP! Yup, on wednesday, 091209. =D

In case you haven't found out or I haven't told you, I have signed on with the Navy as a Navy Material Specialist(NMS). That would mark my 5 year journey with them at least. What could be next? This has given me assurance of where I am going to be in the next 2 years of my National Service and finacially.

It's only 24 days and I'll be out of Tekong! This week has been a rather hectic week with so many interviews with the army and navy as well as an air force medical check. Signing on ain't easy at all, especially when you have to pass your ippt. My dad was hospitalised on Monday, and thank God, he got discharged on friday. And for me, I finally went to see the specialist for my leg on friday. Did 7 x-rays, did some checks, and well it seems like I have partial flat feet which might have resulted my right leg in having all that pain constantly. Kinda taken back by it. Well, I'm considering the navy now as a navy material specialist, something related to my course of study. Just praying hard about it now. =D

It's been the most suckiest week of my life. Not only that my leg is acting up all the time, I've been having migranes till the point of puking, and now I'm having a flu but I still have to go back to camp. It's gonna be 2 crazy weeks ahead and I just pray I'll be able to pass them all well, with a better mindset in place.

Despite all misery, I enjoyed myself though I spent my 20th in camp. But I thank you all for all the birthday wishes I received. Thanks guys. And over the weekend I enjoyed myself, not exactly enjoy, but yea, I was tryin to enjoy. Friday was over at wala wala with the loves of my life. Thanks guys, though I was totally gone at the end.

Yesterday was spent at some Bali restaurant at Seletar celebrating 4 October babies birthdays. Pictures will be up soon. ha. But I guess, it's times like this that make me feel better, knowing that I have my true friends around me, always encouraging, always there for me.

So guys, just continue to pray for me. For strength, for the people around me, and for a spirit that will continue to fire with power. All glory be to God.

It's been a roller coaster ride for me in camp having my ups and lots of downs. My leg condition hasn't seem to have improved and as a result, I just can't seem to be able to participate in many activities though I very much want to. I've been put on 2 weeks excuse for my lower limbs, given a referral to see a specialist as well. I really hope that everything will go well so that I may resume training.

Anyways, yesterday was bookout and so far, I don't think I've wasted my bookout's a bit at all. The moment I reach home, I take a shower, and out of the house I go. ha. Yesterday was over at Furama Hotel for my Mum's nephew's wedding dinner. Nothing much though. But at least I could do something rather than stay home.

Gonna go out later with the sec school peeps and then my loves. =D I'm actually considering if I should sign on with either 3 forces. Going for the pilot test on Monday! =D No promises. lol.

I'm back after two weeks of hell. Black with white areas like an oreo. ha. Besides, Ive gotten myself a shin splin, an over stretched hamstring, and lots of aching muscles. went to see the chinese doctor for a massage and now it seems to be aching more. It's back to camp tomorrow evening and I just hope the new week will be a better one. And I just hope my legs will get better so I'll be able to run, run, run and do just more running. I just hope to pass my ippt at least once during this 13 weeks there, build some muscles and be a fitter person. Three weeks have passed by, and honestly, I don't really feel any different in my body, apart from having one week off training due to my injury. Training will just continue and my legs will not have the time to heal fully. Well, this is life. Weekends are just for me to laze around now... I seem to be catching a movie each time I bookout, and each time I go out, I spend a bomb. =X It's lantern festival, with a rainy sky, sadly, no moon can be seen. Ok, I think I'm just crapping a whole load of crap. That's it! =D

Before I go to sleep, wake up, and be on my way to Tekong, let me make one LAST post! I had a GREAT evening with my hairdresser coming to cut my hair. THANKS EVE! This could be the last night I'll be blogging, or perhaps a last one tomorrow. It wasn't exactly a great day for me today, though I went down to take a look at the NYPPC camp, just had supper with mel and tf, along with jawad n sw. NS is just a day away, and I'm pretty much excited about it though I know mix feelings will set in when I think about my family and friend, not being able to stay within my comfort zone. But as a Singaporean, I ought to serve my nation.

And as I look upon the day I take the oath, pledging alligence to Singapore, I believe I will be embarking on a new journey in life, this new phase in life. Life is a journey by itself and this would be a pit stop every male Singaporean has to go through.

I just hope I'll be able to enjoy myself, make myself fitter and live life to the fullest even more! Don't worry guys, I'll be fine and enjoying myself, and I'll randomly call anyone if I feel like it. ha.

Some overdued pictures with Aaron at Sentosa 2 weeks ago? Anyhow, it's been a fruitful weekend for me. DG yesterday morning, which I haven't been going for a long time, followed by lunch at raffles city, and the worst thing of the day was visiting the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibition at the art house!

Why? Firstly, it cost freaking $20 to look around for 2 hours. Secondly, it was super crowded and congested. It seemed like we were seeing people rather than any exhibition. Thirdly, the organisers wasted alot of time by making us wait to watch some video which I could hardly make out what was being said because the speakers were bad. And lastly, there weren't exactly any scrolls to be seen except for 4 tiny fragments of them! So what dead sea scroll exhibition is this to even begin with?

Following which, I went over to SKMC which I haven't done so in 4 months. Really miss those guys there. At least I won't be able to go there till next year?

Today was spent walking a lil at orchard, then headed over to Mind's Cafe with Aaron, Daniel, Wen Hua and John. Glad we enjoyed ourselves! =D

It seems like blogger can really work after 12 midnight, like what my sister told me. ha. What kinda weird theory this could possibly be! I'm really enjoying myself to the fullest before I serve national service. yesterday was spent out with my buddies cal n yz for.... 17 hours! yes 17 hours! Lots of fun we had certainly. haha.

Wednesday was spent out with the LOVES at Iluma! I think we really love hanging out at bugis or something. We're always around the area, bugis junction, arab street, and not Iluma. ha. Glad we really enjoyed ourselves. Well, this could be the last birthday we're gonna celebrate for Emily, till she returns from Australia in 4 years? And my birthday celebration this year could be the last I'm gonna celebrate with all 3 of them till Em returns.

Once again, it's gonna be a another wonderful day today! Gonna start the day at the gym with kaiming who's gonna POP on Monday and I'm going in on Friday! As of today, it's exactly one week to go!

Just to share with you guys, this perfume by Calvin Klein - One has a really good fragrance, for guys who wanna smell more man. ha. It can really last the whole day. That's all for now. Nights!

Not really in the best of moods today cos I just failed my TP. I'm definitely gonna change my instructor this time for sure. Anyways, if you guys have never tried Bodyshop's Tea Tree Oil collection of products, you should certainly check them out. This collection actually allows you to complete your facial cleaning process with everything Tea Tree! Well, I got so tempted to buy almost everything. ha. But left some stuff out such as their Blemish Fade Night Lotion, which is pretty good as well (tried their tester packs). I got Aaron buying their products as well. ha. All my jobs are finally over! And I guess, it's time to take a complete break, meet up with my loved ones and enjoy my remaining 19 days before I enter NS. This weeks's gonna be a week of driving, and hopefully, I'll pass my TP this wednesday! And it'll be off to KL with my grandpa from thursday to saturday! And tomorrow will be spent out with my best buddy Aaron at sentosa! Looks like an enjoyable week man. Hopefully I'll find some time to run as well. =X

5 days of work at NTU is finally over. It's been a totally different experience for me there. Anyways, it was really great to be able to catch up with the year 1 peeps at east coast park today. Thanks to Germaine for organising and to everyone that helped out and of course, everyone that turned up. This would definitely be the best bunch of people I've ever met in poly.

Been selling Fujitsu at NTU for 2 days now. And through all my experiences, I've realised that different schools have their way of culture and different buying patterns. The way people are and dress are totally different as well. And at NTU, somehow I feel that most of the people there don't seem to dress really well. Perhaps it's because they stay on campus. Well? Just 3 more days of work there, and I might be going to Malacca on saturday. =D And KL next week is confirmed as well. =D Goodnights!

Happy Birthday Singapore! I had the longest wedding shoot yesterday, which lasted me 16 hours, and that included having to edit some pictures for a slideshow during the dinner. Really enjoyed myself, though I had only 3 hours of sleep before that. Glad I had 15hours of sleep today. ha. More than a thousand pictures to go through. Thank God for everything. =D

My Camera's down the very first time after so many years. And it's one of the first few DSLRs that came out by the way. And guess what, I have a wedding to shoot on saturday! No one to lend me their cams but thankfully I managed to rent a D200 for saturday. It's gonna be a busy day tomorrow, sending my camera down to service, getting my camera, testing it out, meeting the peeps at night, meeting ethel etc etc. And I have to be up by 5.30am the next day. phew. I pray for strength.

Well, I got a sudden call early in the morning to do a studio shoot at 1pm when I slept only at 4am. Got a chance to use this really huge studio at tradehub21. Good equipment, big space, and good model to work with. My first time finishing over 20 different outfits in barely 2 hours. Shooting in such an environment was such an ease. =D Went on to do my picture printings, met up with jean with yasser, went shopping... And that's the long day I had. =D
