Live each day to the Fullest 11 June 2008
What a real long day I had yesterday, spending most of my time at HortPark. Left the house at 7am, only to arrive at 8am. It was NYPPC's 2nd outing. I chose HortPark as the place for our second outing because there were just simply loads of things you can admire there. From Sceneries, to landscapes, birds, insects. Almost everything. Sad to say, many just do not know how to appreciate the wonders God has created. For me, it was a new experience for me. My theme for the day? Patterns. And I chose to use my Lumix to show you guys that you can shoot wonderful shots event with a compact. You certainly do not need to have a DSLR to shoot wonders.
Here are some shots. Of course, more can be viewed at my
flickr! Do notice the patterns in each pic as well.

What a day it was there, and after that, we decided to walk to harbourfront via the telok blangah route which leads up to mt faber and then down to habourfront. 15mins? 20mins? NO WAY! It took us 1hr to complete it. And the best thing was that we were walking in the hot sun at 12pm! Had lunch, shopped a little and then I was back to HortPark for my photoshoot with Claudia. My..my.. the sun was just so hot. Wasn't easy to shoot in the sun at all, even in the shade. Thankfully, everything went well, and yea, the shots were rather good. But of course, you need someone good infront of the lens as well. =D GOOD JOB Claudia! =D Would like to thank my two assistants for the day as well, Wee Leong and Aaron. GOOD JOB GUYS! Thanks for carrying all the stuff, holding the reflector and flash.
And here's 2 shots to share, more can be viewed
here of course!

That's the group of us! Wee Leong, Claudia, Me, Aaron................

And so from this, you can see how long my day was, reaching home at only 9.15pm.
And today was spent out at vivocity again instead of East Coast Park due to the bad weather with Clement, Yvonne, Rachel and Parvin. Was kinda bored cos I was real tired and had no intention to walk about. That's about it for today. Nites! =D
(long post again I know... ha...)
It's over
