And finally... my job over at NYP selling fujitsu laptops is finally over. Time spent with my new found friends will certainly be missed. I'm just glad we managed to hit our target, selling more than 1900 laptops. And through this experience, I really learnt alot.
1. I learnt that teamwork is really important if we want to achieve a common goal. If some aren't doing as well, then you gotta prove your worth and do it better. Working as a team means helping others as well.
2. I learnt that I enjoy doing sales, especially for a brand that I trust. Just imagine me going out competing for the last customer considering to buy fujitsu or acer. ha. That's me. I certainly gained a whole load of satisfaction just from that one occasion. It's the satisfaction derived from getting a sale rather than what you gain monetarily. I think it'll be hard for me to promote any other brand ha.
3. Friends are a lifetime commitment. I think I've repeated this many times, but I think it's really enforcable. Getting to know friends through work, occasions etc is pretty common for everyone, but being able to keep that friendship going, takes a lifetime of commitment between each other. If one is running while the other crawling, surely and true, nothing will come out of it. If a husband & wife, parents & children, boyfriend & girlfriend needs a lifetime commitment, then I would say the relationship among friends need more than a lifetime of commitment.
Labour Day was spent out with....
Our initial plan was to iceskate at Kallang Leisure Park, but we ended up at KBOX! There really isn't anything much to do over there, with so few places to eat at, and certainly nothing to shop about. Most importantly, it's the company that matters! =D
It's over
